In order to manage the high volume of test results received at Valleyview Medical Centre on a daily basis, we would like to inform you of our notification process.

For normal test results, we will not provide a separate report to patients. However, we assure you that our medical team carefully reviews all results to ensure your health is monitored appropriately.

If your test results are abnormal or require a follow-up visit, our clinic will promptly contact you to discuss further steps and arrange necessary appointments.

Should you wish to discuss your test results directly with your physician, we kindly request that you schedule a follow-up appointment approximately one to two weeks after the completion of the tests.

Please note that for blood work results, we recommend allowing at least 48 hours, and for x-rays or other investigative tests, at least 72 hours for the results to be processed and available.
