No Show Fee

To avoid a 'No Show Fee,' please give the clinic a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Failure to attend or provide proper notice of cancellation of scheduled appointments will result in a $40 no-show fee. Three or more no-show incidents may result in dismissal at your physician's discretion.
