Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to:
• Be open and honest about their health history and healthcare needs, including past and current illnesses, allergies, medications, and family health history.
• Arrive promptly for appointments or notify us in advance (at least 24 hours) if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Treat our staff, fellow patients, and visitors with consideration and respect.
• Refrain from smoking on the premises.
• Take reasonable precautions to maintain your health.
• Follow the advice and information provided by your healthcare providers.
• Ask questions to clarify any information you may need.
• Communicate what is important to you in your care.
